Pilottech Transcription Pricing Per line / Per audio minute

At Pilottech the line count rate is calculated per 65 characters, not as a visible line. Consequently, fonts, font sizing, spacing, number of pages, number of minutes or seconds wasted in the middle of a dictation does not matter for determining transcription prices. We feel this is fairest for our clients. Our line count rate or per minute audio rate depends on recording quality and number of speakers.

Invoicing

Billing for our transcription services is conveniently sent out electronically, at the end of every month. Invoices are sent by e-mail, which includes a detailed log count for each transcription by our transcriptionists for the month. Payment is accepted by PayPal, Credit card, Debit card, Online account transfer, electronic wire transfer and check.
